During celebrations, felt-safety for our PDAers comes first. On Mother’s Day today…

💐 PDA Mums, we see you 💐
We see the quiet strength it takes to parent in ways the world doesn’t always understand.
We see the courage in your flexibility, the love in every accommodation, the resilience in every advocacy conversation, and the gentleness behind every boundary you hold – or let go.

Your Mother’s Day may not look like picture-perfect breakfasts or handmade cards.
It might look like keeping the world small, saying “yes” to maintain regulation, or making space for a child who needs safety before celebration. And that’s okay.

✨ You are not failing.
✨ You are not missing out.
✨ You are parenting exactly how your child needs you to – the most courageous and brave thing a mum can do for their children.

Today and every day, you are strong, you are incredible, and you are deeply enough.

Happy Mother’s Day to the fierce, compassionate, adaptable mothers raising PDA children. The world may not always see it, but those who matter most do: your children.
